Series 6 - Stone Ocean - is the story of "Jojo" (Jolyne Kujo) who is Jojo's (Jotaro Kujo of Series 3 and 4's) daughter. As part of a plot to lure Jotaro, Jolyne is set up and sent to prison for a crime she didn't commit. Jotaro comes to visit his daughter and delivers an "artifact" which can bestow Stand Powers to anyone who is cut with it's sharp edge.

Jolyne gets cut by this thing and discards it in a rage which results in other prisoners gaining incredible powers. Chaos ensues as Jolyne finds herself fighting against other prisoners and their reality-bending powers - in the meantime the plot against her father is a success, Jotaro is eventually caught off-guard and his Stand (Star Platinum) as well has his mind are stolen by a man who can "eject" parts of people's personas and keep them.

So Jolyne must survive in this prison full of Stand wielding nutters while trying to get back her father's mind and abilty.
