Pumped some hours into this over the weekend. It's really rather good as a two player game. It's more Top Spin than Virtua Tennis.

Good use of the 360 pad with each of the four face buttons mapped to a different type of spin. Plus the pad rumbles to let you know when your shot placement is getting dangerously close to the edge. Great use of sound, some lovely player animation and generally very polished. "Budget" release at £30

Can't see this remaining exclusive to the 360 for long. Since it's not really stretching the system or doing anything that couldn't be done on PS2 or Gamecube. Definately one to get if you're slightly underwhealmed by the 360 catalogue at the moment and need something to fill the void before Lost Planet Wink

I bought the game pre-owned at NTSC-UK. Must say that I rather like it. I have only tried 2 player offline. The game does look very good so does make some use of the 360's capabilities.

It is very good. If anything I'd advise anyone to stay away from the game if they had no plans to get any sort of multiplayer action out of it, because without that the game is a bit pointless. It has the tournaments in single player, but the difficulty spikes up rather significantly after a certain point that it's just not fun anymore. So online, or with a mate is where it's at. I really like the timed tournaments online actually, that was where I began to learn that each character has strengths and weaknesses and found that in that regard, the game is very balanced. I'm liking Liu Ping, Luc and Carmen myself.
