Right, so, got word of this via destructoid.com my generic games site of the moment.
Made by DigiPen students, the same faculty that brought us Narbacular Drop (the precursor to Portal).
So its a driving game that looks like tron... its got Rush in the title.
I've not played it, its out today, just thought it was worth a heads up.
This is excellent and well worth the 458Mb. It combines the visual aesthetic of Tron Evolution with the kinda slight odd Car platformer ideas of San Fran 2049 but only on a TT style track.
The car can turn as usual, you can use jets to perform barrel rolls and so on, and you have wings... Oh and you can crazy jump. Where have I heard that before and its all wrapped up in a psuedo Rez save the computer "story".
Difficulty is a little tame as you can get to the end in any time you like really, but I am keen to hook up the 360 controller and give the online times a proper look.
If you have 30 mins spare a PC that was made in the last 3 years or so and a 360 controller (although the keyboard is fine in a digital way) then this is well worth the punt of just downloading and installing... It is the free.
