Playing the Android port of NetHack (probably not worth it without a physical keyboard0. It's pretty engaging stuff. Never really had the patience to get into a Rouge like game, but the portable factor with insta-suspend/resume has hooked me.
What's surprised me so far is the depth of the gameplay. There's an awful lot to get to grips with. The game is all about learning the game (not sure that makes a great deal of sense). Every death increases my knowledge of the dungeon and its monsters and believe me there are a lot of ways to die. Personal highlights so far have included being digested by a worm and being killed be a hallucination after popping some mold.
random dungeon generation keeps the whole experience fresh. I can't imagine ever finishing it. Best I can do is get down to about the 5th dungeon level (of 20 iirc).
I still want to play with or have a Sony Ericsson X10 Mini Pro, might might be good for this.. the QVGA res and the pokey cpu and a relative thing might make this worth having....

I keep trying to find an excuse to get one, Android 2.1 is meant to be en route for it... not sure if its been rooted yet either.
Still basically trying to find an excuse to spunk cash on it really, or wait for one to appear "cheap" at CEX... seems to be retaining its value at the moment though sadly.

It's a lovely little thing. I would be tempted if I wasn't such as spec whore. I'm probably going to go with the HTC Vision (G2 in the staes) when my contract is up, or possibly a Milestone 2 (Droid 2).
The port of NetHack has zooming, so you can zoom right in or out of the map. Text rendering on the smaller screen might be a problem. I know not all apps work with the lower res screens in the SE mini and the wildfire.
If you dl NetHack be sure to get the tile pack too. The higher res tiles are really nice and make the whole thing much more engaging.
It really is a superb game. Current game in progress I'm lumbered with a cursed ring of invisibility (no biggie) and a cursed set of levitating boots. You can't unequip cursed items (or at least I've not worked out how to). Constantly levitating is basically slow lingering death as I can't reach the floor to pick up food
