Being made by Monster too... awesome. I might actually get to play this one!

Nintendo announced they will release Excitebike: World Rally on WiiWare, it is a sequel to the NES classic Excitebike, the game will have 3D graphics and 2D gameplay, and support online multiplayer matches with up to 4 players. There will be a track editor as well. Excitebike: World Rally will be available on November 9, 2009
November 9th! Somewhere!
the-magicbox? Japan then, probably.
I've had a rummage, all this info comes from the USA Nintendo Channel, so that date is for the USofA at least.
Sheesh.
Still no PALand rumblings... maybe Excite has been censored.

Could this pave the way for PAL ExciteBots?
...
Nah. Doesn't even look like there was a Japanese release in the end.
Just criminal really. Such a shame. What is going on these days why are great games selling so poorly?
Off Topic, but have EA made any money since their return to producing stuff that is more than half decent?
Not doing so great:

I don't think we'll see more like Dead Space Extraction any time soon.
Tit balls
Still I have Metal Slug X on MVS to test out this evening, since my 360 won't power up long enought to let me get through a verse on Bayonetta. At least that will stave off the depression for a few hours.
360 Arcades were £115 in HMV today btw, thought you'd already grabbed one.
Nah, I've been tight and tried a repair despite my better judgement. Was working fine initially, but looks like I just bought myself some extra time.
